Terrain

I am fortunate to have found terrain and the incredible customer service from Renee. I was in last minute need of a bunch of plants for a photoshoot and with just 1 hour notice before the store closed Renee jumped on my project and without me even being in the store sent me photos of options via text and helped me checkout and box it up so someone could pick it up just before the store closed. Thank you Renee!!

The store staff falsely led me to believe they could re-create a piece I saw in the store in 12/24 through the custom order service they promote. Based on those statements after showing them pictures of the pieces they told me they could surely do it. I purchased two trays based on their assertions and later found out they weren't able to create these pieces and didn't even have the supplies needed. They created some pieces that weren't very good and when I told them they proceeded to tell me they could not be re-created because each piece was so unique which is fine but it would have been better had they told me that on the front end. Then, it was like pulling teeth from a baby to get refunded for one of the trays. Something that should be a fairly simple process for an online purchase. The staff in the store are always different and the non-managerial staff generally aren't helpful and seem pretty clueless as far as most things. How can you be set up to take money but not process returns. It is always such a strained experience. I've had really bad experiences with Ayse who goes on vaca without processing my refund for the tray and Anna and Jenny who were completely incapable of

Experience the beauty of earthy vibes at this captivating shop, connected to Anthropologie and accessible through both entrances. Friendly staff and lush greenery create a welcoming ambiance, but the price tag for terrariums may be a drawback. Located in downtown Bethesda, with a parking garage just a block away, it's a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique shopping experience.

9Nov.2023 First time visiting here and I was greeted with great hellos and smiles. The associate assisted me well with information about certain care of air plants and succulents.

Beautifully curated living decor - ferns, orchids, air plants - and designers like fairies that have a magic touch. We bought a custom moss wall, and I really appreciated how patiently the designer Ayse worked with me to get just the look I wanted! She also freshened up an older piece with new accents. I hope Terrain will offer classes in the future!
